An oasis in the heart of the Mount Lehman countryside, Seaside Pearl Farmgate Winery is an award-winning winery sitting on a nine acre estate. The property is planted with 4.5 acres of vines and features a renovated 6,000 square foot estate house, horse stables, a riding ring, a riding arena, an indoor ice rink, a winery, and a tasting room.

As an events space, the barrel room is able to accommodate 36 seated guests with catering and bar service. Beyond the pastoral vineyard and along the roman stone paved driveway is the estate house.
