We grow a variety of wine grapes including Malbec, Bonarda, Chinon blanc, Pedro Jimenez, Torrontes, and Criolle Grande.

Estancia de Mackenzie is currently for sale. Due to some unforeseen health problems the current owner can no longer continue to maintain the property.
The main property of 10.6 hectares (26.5 acres) has 2 houses and a barn and is fully planted and in commercial production.
The main house has been undergoing major remodeling and currently consists of 2 bedrooms and one bath, large kitchen, dining room, and large living room. It also has a nice covered patio off the kitchen with the parilla (wood fired grill) and wood fired oven. There are stairs that lead you up to the roof top terrace (not completely finished yet) where there are incredible views. The house is heated with a wood stove and also has fireplaces in the bedrooms and the dining room. The finish is work is currently being done now. There is a large slab and footings for a big addition. Plans were to add a master suite and large family as well as a one bedroom, 1 bath in-law or domestic apartment. There is also a partially finished studio or guest room in the garden (back yard) behind the house. There is also a 25 meter (80 foot) tower for wireless internet access that was recently installed for US $900. Internet access is US$25-27 a month.
The second property is 11.5 acres (4.5 hectares), is in full production with grapes, plums, and olives. The current casita is the remains of the original house. The plans are to add 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to one side of the structure and a large new living room on the other side that would tie the house and garage together. There is city water and electricity that will be connected, it will have a new septic system and wireless internet is available with an antennae tower.
Both properties can be purchased together and the secondary houses used as holiday homes (approximately US$100 a day for tourists on AirBnB). The sale of the property includes a 1970's fiat 400 tractor and all implements necessary to maintain the property, as well as all the hand tools (rakes, hoes, shovels, etc.) including the string trimmer, chainsaw, and power tools. Purchase price together is US$265,000.
Separately: Main property is US$ 235,000 and the second property for US$ 50,000 in current state. The price will be adjusted accordingly as more of the projects are completed.
