The vineyard is enclosed with 8ft deer fencing with 3ft of rabbit fence at the bottom and electric racoon fence.
The irrigation system is drip line with an injector for fertilizer or other treatments. The vineyard is located only a short distance from the winery for easy harvest transportation.

The winery is built 3 levels into the north side of a hill to take advantage of natural insulation and cooling. This consists of a barrel room with 100 barrels currently and room for many times that, storage for finished wine and equipment for bottling. The barrel room is connected to the tank room above it with pipes to transfer wine after fermentation to be put into barrels. The tank room is connected to the level above it with pipes where the bin dumper, conveyer, and crusher/destemmer are set up at harvest to process the grapes and send the crushed grapes to the tank room. The tank room currently has 1 1kL, 2 2kL, 4 4.5kL, and 1 6kL jacketed, variable capacity tanks. Hoses connected to the harvest processing equipment allow the crushed grapes to be put into any tank for fermentation. The tank room also has a computerized horizontal wine press and all necessary equipment to process the grapes into wine. There is an elevated walkway around the tanks for access to the tanks from the top. The chiller system connected to all tanks can lower the temperature to 0 if needed. Both the tank room and barrel room are well insulated and finished on the inside with galvanized metal for easy cleaning and prevention of mold and mildew. Both rooms also have dual air conditioning systems either of which can cool the room completely in the event of a failure of a unit. The barrel room also has UV light sanitizers on both units. Humidity in the barrel room is kept at 75% with a humidifier. The main level of the winery contains a laboratory with all the latest equipment for testing and monitoring the wine in all stages of production. There is a tasting room with seating for 38 and a glass wall on one side overlooking the tank room so visitors can observe operations in the tank room while enjoying their wine. Also on this level is a business office. Outside there is storage for all grape processing equipment. To the side is a patio with stone tables and benches. A short distance, under a grove of oak trees, is seating along the edge of the hill with expansive views of the Colorado river valley.

As you move from the winery to the event center, there are horseshoe pits, pickleball court and a firepit. The Pavilion (event center) is a 4800 sq ft covered outdoor building. This building has seating room for over 200, a stage, storage room, airconditioned serving bar, kitchen and bathrooms. To one side is a view of the Colorado river valley and to the other side a view of the vineyard. On two sides is parking for approximately 60 cars with additional parking available a short distance for several hundred cars.

At the back of the property is a small 1000 sq ft 2 bedroom 1 bath house in a very secluded quiet location. All buildings are connected with a private network and internet.
