The grapes are grown on seven of the 23+ deeded acres, and an additional 46 acres can be leased with the purchase. The 46 acres leased are planted with 12 varietals. The cream and meat are sourced from local farms and processed on the property.

The picturesque property is open to the public, has a tasting room, a picnic area, Bus and RV Parking and is wheelchair accessible. Wooldridge Creek is running alongside the property which might feature an occasional Brook Trout.

Ted and Mary Warrick first planted the vineyard in 1978 and named it after the Wooldridge family who first settled the area in the 1800s. For two and a half decades, Wooldridge Creek Vineyard’s grapes were sold to renowned wineries throughout Oregon. In 2005, it was decided to begin making their own wine from their grapes, and the winery and tasting room were built on the property.

The sustainably-designed winery offers unparalleled mountain and valley views in a relaxed and unassuming atmosphere – the perfect spot to gather with friends and enjoy a variety of world-class wines, hand-crafted cheeses, and locally-sourced charcuterie. Enjoy a tasting flight, a glass, or a bottle of delicious wine along with a cheese plate or a chef’s board that features all the fantastic food offerings. The lush tasting room and terrace are open daily from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The sale includes five winery and creamery buildings, a 2bdr/2ba log home – and a studio apartment above the three-car garage. The Winery has a Capacity of 31,500 Cases. Current Production is 5,000 Cases + Keg & Bulk Wine. A hoist and hopper system is in place to allow for the transition from hand to mechanical harvesting. The white barn has office space, event space, stalls for livestock. The second floor is plumbed for a kitchen, while the main floor serves as a feed room with lockers, laundry and bathroom.
