The home sits on five acres, only ¼ mile on a well maintained private road.  A total of five homeowners, all with five acre parcels and beautiful houses complete the neighborhood that is absolutely quiet with four retirees, and one IT executive.  This one-owner home, built in 2003 was the first two on the private road.  In EL Dorado County, five acre lots cannot be split, but a second home may be built on the property if meeting with county codes and size.  This home already has a second well that may be used for an additional house.

The house is heated with propane and you always have your choice of many local propane companies.  Electricity bills are small and even with the electric water heater, last year’s monthly electric bills ranged from $70.00 to $140.00 per month.

And let’s not forget about the fabulous areas that make this the perfect living, visiting and retirement community.  Camino is also known as Apple Hill.  So, again within ten minutes you will find apple orchards, Christmas tree farms, blueberry farms, pumpkin patches, pick-your-own ranches, bed and breakfasts, and apple donut bakeries.
