Jabulani is a Zulu word meaning happiness or rejoice and so this is the place of happiness. Before buying the property in 2006 it was 38 acres of fallow field. With a dream in their hearts, the vineyard began. In 2007 they planted the first vines with the first harvest in 2010. Jabulani opened its doors in 2011. Today on 11 acres of farm there are over 11,000 cold climate vines of 8 different varieties. Surrounding the magnificent post and beam winery building, built in 2015 is a 2+ acre apple orchard, a 3 bedroom white cedar log home, numerous outbuildings, hay fields, ponds and picturesque lawns. An ideal setting for special events.
