TEXAVINO VIGNETO ESTATES, as described herein (26.90± ac), is offered at $6,500,000 Cash or at Terms acceptable solely at the discretion of the Seller. The businesses are not included with this offering. The conditions of sale are as follows:

Offers to purchase or letters of intent must be in writing and accompanied by 1.00% of the purchase price to the escrow account at Hill Country Titles of Fredericksburg, TX.
1. There are currently no deed restrictions.
2. Property carries Agricultural Exemption.
3. The 2022 taxes were approx. $21,641.15.
4. Seller will deliver existing survey.
