OVERVIEW
Vindillon Vineyard, located in the rolling hills between the Eola-Amity Hills AVA and the Van Duzer AVA, offers a large productive vineyard in an idyllic countryside setting.  With 47 acres planted, the vineyard is a reliable fruit source for quality old vine Pinot Noir.  There is a home onsite, it is a well-kept 2,856 sq. ft. mobile home on a concrete slab build in 2002.  The home has a solid rental history and could be a great residence for a vineyard foreman and provides the option to replace with a custom home in the future.  The property also has a large carport with roof deck near the home and an equipment shed in the vineyard.

VINEYARD
The property has 47 acres planted to vineyard, encompassing nearly the entire site there is no additional plantable land.  The entire vineyard is planted to self-rooted Pinot Noir and was developed between 1995-1998.  The vines are on a single overhead wire trellis system with 12’x8′ spacing, 454 vines per acre.  The vineyard is well maintained and is currently leased to a local winery, who is responsible for the farming.
