Aged for 17 months in neutral French oak, this Dundee Hills wine shows restraint in alcohol and a deft winemaking touch. The wine’s dark raspberry aroma is ripe and sweet, providing a perfect foil for a mildly savory note mixing grilled meat, black pepper and wet rocks. WINERY
The winery building is approximately ’24x’40 with a production capacity of 900-1000 cases depending on the mix between red and white wine and tanks and barrels used. It is well maintained and features a storage loft, bathroom and lab counter with sink. There is a guest suite attached to the winery building with 1 bedroom, a full bath + living area. The guest suite offers flexibility to be used for tastings and/or as an office. The winery is first in line to receive back up power from the generator in the event of an outage. Current ownership has outright winery entitlement with 15 acres gross planted being approved by the county.
