OVERVIEW

The property features the oldest vineyard block on Worden Hill Rd. and the second oldest in Dundee following the Eyrie Vineyard’s South Block and the fifth-oldest vineyard in Oregon. The vineyard is famous for producing ultra-premium Pinot Noir with dozens of vineyard designate bottlings scoring 94+. The site is one tax parcel totaling 41.43 total acres with 11+ planted to vineyard. Structures on site include a large retreat center, the original farmhouse and a historic barn finished for use as a tasting room.
