Temecula Valley

Considered Southern California’s hidden oasis, Temecula is fast becoming well known for the location and quality of its real estate and wineries.

The Temecula Valley spans a 27 mile area, and includes the cities of Murrietta, Lake Elsinore and Fallbrook.  It is a close neighbor to both the San Diego and Los Angeles areas. The valley and city has recently become more popular due to its affordable housing, expansive land, strong demographics and beautiful geography-all quietly nestled underneath the warm California sun and between beautiful rows of grape vines.
With the abundance of vineyards that have quickly become renowned for their high quality, unique wines, many visitors to Temecula are there for exactly that, to have a glass of wine at one the award winning wineries. After your glass of wine, consider taking a hot air balloon ride to view the beautiful scenery from high above or stroll out to a golf course to test your swing.  If you’d like to test your luck after a day of wine tasting, then cruise over to Pechanga Casino for an evening.
There are a wide variety of arts and cultural programs are available in the Temecula Valley region, both for adults and children. Art classes, art shows, jazz festivals, music and dance concerts plus theatrical productions are offered to appeal to people of all ages and interests. If you have children and are looking to buy real estate in the area, the Temecula Valley Unified School District provides an arts education curriculum and is working in collaboration with the Arts Council of Temecula Valley for after school programs.
Temecula’s “Old Town” area was the original site of the Butterfield Overland Stagecoach Stop and California’s first inland Post Office.  The Sam Hicks Monument that is made from a granite boulder weighing 15 tons denotes 56 specific people who influenced Temecula and helped make it what it is today…a beautiful, relaxing and fun spot to visit, or even better to live.
